Executive Assistant

Job Description:
Nuclear and Radiation Safety Center (NRSC) is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team. The successful candidate will take a role of administrative support to the senior level executive. This position requires good written and verbal communication skills, sense of responsibility, accuracy and ability to implement tasks in defined deadlines. The ideal assistant will have proven ability to multitask with both internal and external parties.
Job Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support to CEO, acting as a liaison between CEO and staff to ensure appropriate coordination and follow-up on day-to-day issues.
• Office management, including organizing all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of the company.
• Organizing document flow within the company, including incoming, outgoing and internal correspondence and documents.
• Answering phone calls and email inquiries.
• Implementing company HR Management.
• Preparing translations of short texts in Armenian, English and Russian languages.
• Quality assurance of the company deliverables (technical reports) through correcting spelling, punctuation, syntax and format in 3 languages (Armenian, English, Russian).
• Company website and Facebook management․
• Managing internal and external projects following QMS requirements.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• University degree․
• Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages․
• Advanced computer skills․
• Excellent time management skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines․
• Willingness and ability to learn and handle multidisciplinary tasks․
• Good team-player.
Salary: Competitive, based on previous experience, monthly and quarterly bonuses.
