Front-End UI Web Developer (HTML/CSS)
at MicroBiz in Yerevan
We are looking to hire a front end/UI developer to work on the development of a cloud-based retail management software. Tater Tot Software is the primary developer of MicroBiz Cloud, a enterprise-grade mobile payment/retail management application that manages the store and online operations of retail businesses around the world. The software touches all the emerging retail technologies (cloud infrastructure, mobile payments, open APIs, ecommerce, etc.). The successful candidate will need to have strong design skills and an understanding of what makes a user interface engaging and intuitive.
The position is currently work from home. Once conditions are safe, the position will be located in our development office in Yerevan Armenia.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive web and mobile user interfaces
Create full screen mockups using HTML, CSS and TypeScript 3.1
Create clean, efficient, responsive, well-documented layouts to be used by Angular developers
Maintain and enhance existing code bases
Collaborate with product architect and other engineers to plan, build and ship product
Required Qualifications
1+ year of professional experience working with CSS/HTML layouts
Good knowledge of common UI patterns and UI design
Experience with responsive layouts
Ability to communicate clearly and work with a team of developers on a large-scale Angular web application.
Extremely detail oriented, precise in your rendering of supplied wireframes.
Good English communication skills via email, IM, conference calls
BA/BS Degree
Additional Desired Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience working with CSS/HTML layouts
Experience working on enterprise-focused applications
Professional project experience with any of the following: Sass, Typescript, Kendo UI widgets, object-orientated JavaScript.
Professional experience with GIT and JIRA bug tracking
BA/BS Degree in computer science or graphic design
Compensation and Benefits
250 000 AMD to 400 000 AMD per month net of taxes. Compensation is commensurate with the experience and qualification level of the candidate. Tater Tot Software provides medical insurance.
