A Business Management Systems Development company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a lively and young team. This is a full time role based in Yerevan, Armenia.
Required Qualifications
Experience in answering inbound calls, emails, instant messages
Have excellent spoken and written English and Russian skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Have little knowledge of information technology
Will be considered as advantage to have experience in IT field.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues
Computer skills are a must
Self-starter with proven ability to work proactively and independently
