Sales Manager (Outdoor Hot Tubs — PolarSpa)

Description:
PolarSpa Armenia is the official distributor of all-season wood-fired hot tubs manufactured in Belarus. Our clients include private homeowners, hotels, resorts, and glamping sites across Armenia. This role involves active, field-based sales work — visiting client locations, presenting products, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to installation supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients (individuals and hospitality businesses) on-site
- Present product features and benefits, handle objections, close sales
- Sign contracts, accept payments, and document transactions
- Coordinate delivery and installation with the technical team
- Build long-term client relationships and maintain satisfaction after delivery
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably with fieldwork
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or outdoor equipment sales is an advantage
Skills and Qualifications (Mandatory):
- Fluent in Armenian and Russian
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Personal mid-size car in good condition
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal laptop
- Confident user of Excel (data entry, formatting, basic functions)
- High level of responsibility and independence
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Background in hospitality, real estate, or project-based sales
- Ability to generate leads and think proactively
Additional Notes:
- Fixed salary: 200,000 AMD + commission (average earnings: 400,000–600,000 AMD/month or more)
- Fuel/gas expenses fully covered
- Five-day workweek, flexible hours based on meetings and delivery coordination
- Dynamic product with a strong visual and emotional appeal — easy to demonstrate, easy to sell
